About the Presenter: Dr. Laurie Hillstock
Laurie Hillstock, Ph.D. has over 20 years of experience in learning and development, primarily in online learning. She is an accomplished, innovative leader with a background in higher education, healthcare, and non-profits. She has expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, building virtual communities, e-learning, and administering various digital learning environments. While flexible and inter-culturally competent, she has an innate commitment to quality online experiences.
Dr. Hillstock holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership (Higher Education) and a M.A. in Human Resource Development from Clemson University. She also holds a B.A. in English from Converse College. She is the Owner & Chief Executive Officer of Hillstock & Associates, a private consulting firm based in the Upstate of SC, providing leadership development, and eLearning services to businesses, institutions, and organizations throughout the US.
